10 Beauty Tips for Using Apple Cider Vinegar

Most of the people seem like Apple cider vinegar as a humble salad dressing, but the truth behind the apple cider vinegar is actually a beauty tonic that has endless amount of uses.raw and unfiltered vinegar is filled with healthy enzymes and it is natural antiseptic, antifungal and antibacterial. 1. Hair Rinse



Over time usage of shampoo and styling products can build-up in your hair and makes dull and lifeless. The apple cider vinegar gives your hair a glossy shine by cutting straight through this build up. Take a cup of warm water and mix one tablespoon of vinegar, and apply over your hair. Allow it for two minutes before rinsing your hair.

You can also add a few drops of tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil or lavender oil for brighten your complexion. Apply the paste over your face like a mask and leave it for about 15 minutes. Then wash it off with cold water.

The foot soak is the way to have a soft and smooth skin in your feet. Add a cup of apple cider vinegar into a large bowl of warm water or into foot spa. Leave your feet to soak at least 15 minutes to reduce tiredness and make feet smooth. The vinegar penetrates in the skin and make easy to clean dirt.

Take a piece of cotton and immerse in vinegar then apply directly to the problem area before bed. 8.    Skin-Softening Bath Soak

For a really deep moisturizing soak, mix powerful elixir of equal parts vinegar, honey and olive oil then add it to bath water.

Alternatively, you can fill the vinegar in spray bottles and directly spray over the skin.


Apple cider vinegar is the only remedy using a natural ingredient to boost your beauty regime. If you don't get the plain vinegar, don't think start making it on your kitchen with simple steps. Take a bottle and fill it with some apple cores and peels, then top up with water. Cover the cap area with cheesecloth before leaving to ferment for about two months. In the sterilized bottle strain the vinegar and enjoy your own raw apple cider vinegar.
